Vasquez Bakery was started on March 31, 1991. It has been up and running for the past 14 years, and continues to go strong. Vasquez Bakery has loyal customers who continue to come back on a regular basis, whether it's to buy sweet bread, white bread, order a cake, or to order menudo and barbacoa on the weekends, people are always there and will continue to keep coming back.

Vasquez Bakery can make a cake for any occasions:

Cake orders must be placed at least a day in advance.

Cakes can range from $15 to a small round 10-inch cake, up to $1000 for a big wedding cake.
Half sheets cost $30, fruit filling and decoration included. Tres Leches half sheets are $40.
Full sheets are $50. Tres Leches full sheets are $60.

Cheesecakes are also available for ordering. The smallest cake costs $13, the next size up is $18, and the biggest one costs $25. The types of flavors available are Vasquez Bakery also caters desserts to the Texas Rangers in their baseball suites twice a month. Menudo and Barbacoa are available on Saturdays and Sundays only. A quart of Menudo costs $4.30 and a pound of Barbacoa costs $6.50.

Sweet Bread prices range from ten cents for a small cookie, to .75 cents for a turnover.
