Mike joined the Rams in the spring 2005 semester and has steadily improved since that time.  After placing at least 2^nd 1997-2000 in his high school championships, he played NAIA Division I tennis near Chicago.

Since joining the team, Meier has shown strong prowess playing doubles.  In the past year he has won five doubles titles, including the under 3200 event at the Buckeye Open with Aldis Presley, Class B at the Irving Round Robin with head coach Christian Lillieroos, and open doubles at the Oklahoma City Round Robin.

Meier is in his 3rd semester of his master of business administration.

In his first tournament of the season, Meier placed 2^nd in Class C singles at the Arkansas Open in Little Rock, Ark.
